Fully Automated Workflows for High Plex

Profiler and BOND RX/BOND RXm Research Stainer

NanoString’s GeoMx® DSP allows for the characterization of spatial distribution and abundance of proteins and RNA with morphological context. This extends the ability for enhanced translational research in many areas including immunology, oncology, and neuropathology with downstream analysis of analyte abundance by nCounter or Next Generation Sequencing. 

To enhance both throughput and reproducibility, NanoString has developed a fully
automated sample processing RNA workflow for use with the BOND RX fully automated
research stainer from Leica Biosystems. This workflow on the BOND RX allows a 4-fold
increase in sample processing with minimal hands-on time.

In this webinar, Nick Confuorto, Senior Director Global Field Applications, NanoString
will show you how the integrated workflows of the BOND RX and the DSP can advance
your translational research.
