Fish cell line을 culture를 시작하려고 합니다. (Zebrafish liver cell line:ZF-L) medium 제조에 필요한 다른 물질들은(Serum, powder 형 배지..-GIBCO, invitrogen) 기존 거래하던 회사에서 구입이 가능한데, Trout serum은 도데체 어디서 구입해야 할지 난감하네요.
혹시 알고 계신 전문가 분 조언 부탁드립니다.
아래는 cell line 회사에서 제안하는 medium 조성 조건입니다.
ATCC complete growth medium: These cells are grown in

• 50 % L-15 (ATCC 30-2008)
• 35 % DMEM HG (GIBCO 12100)
• 15 % Ham's F12 (GIBCO 21700)

All without sodium bicarbonate Supplemented with:

• 0.15 g/L sodium bicarbonate
• 15 mM HEPES
• 0.01mg/ml bovine insulin
• 50 ng/ml mouse EGF
• 5% heat-inactivated fetal bovine serum
• 0.5% Trout Serum
