여러가지 peptidase를 이용해서 특정 peptide를 자른 뒤 TLC (Thin Layer Chromatography)를 수행한다면 어떻게 잘렸는지 확인이 가능할까요?

예를들어 Peptide는 LLVYGGLAAF라고 가정했을때,

A peptidase cutting 시:  L/L/VYG/G/LAAF

B peptidase cutting 시:  LLVYGGLA/A/F

C peptidase cutting 시:  LLVY/GGLAAF

위처럼 잘린다면 TLC plate에 amino acid와 small peptide가 구분되어 나타나는지 궁금합니다. 미리 답변 감사드립니다.
